We are not hiring in the traditional sense. We are looking for people who would have built this anyway — and just want a place where their work actually matters at scale.
Open positions will be announced — be the first to know
Open Positions
These roles are not open yet. But they will be. When they open, we want people who already know what the work looks like — and want in.
Engineering — NEXEN
You will work directly on NEXEN's core rendering, physics, and scripting systems. This is not a "use Unity" job. This is a "build the thing Unity is built on top of" job. You care about milliseconds. You have read the Vulkan spec for fun. You think about draw call batching in the shower.
Creative — NEXEN
You build worlds. You understand how light behaves on a surface and you lose sleep over texture seams that no player will ever consciously notice. You are fluent in the full PBR pipeline and you have opinions about LOD distances that other people find unreasonably strong.
Engineering — Hardware
You live below the OS layer. You think in registers and interrupts. We are building hardware-level integrations and you want to be the person who makes the silicon do exactly what it should — and then a little more. PCB layout is a side hobby. Oscilloscopes are calming.
Infrastructure — Server & Network
You keep the world connected. You understand BGP routing, anycast networks, and why 2ms latency is a philosophical problem as much as a technical one. You have definite opinions about NIC offloading. You have built something with bare metal before and preferred it.
Security — Red & Blue Team
You find what others missed. You think like an attacker to build defenses that actually hold. We need someone who understands the full threat surface of a platform like ours — game servers, web infrastructure, user data, API endpoints — and has a plan for all of it. CTF wins are a plus. Bug bounty history is a plus. A healthy paranoia about everything is required.
Engineering — NEXOS
We are building NEXOS on Linux Kernel 7.0 from the ground up — optimized for real everyday use, for developers, and for enterprises. You want to work at the layer where the OS meets the hardware. You have opinions about schedulers. You have patched a kernel for fun. You will feel right at home.
What you get
Your work ships to users. Not to a backlog. To actual people using actual software.
Vulkan, Kernel 7.0, bare metal, custom renderers. We build the tools, not integrate them.
Work where you produce your best work. Time zones are logistics, not barriers.
Early team. Direct access to leadership. Shape the culture and the architecture.
No corporate theater. Ship good work, communicate directly, respect the craft.
We play games on our engine. We run our OS daily. We build what we wish existed.
